2 Steps Forward…
-- Doc Darville

And you take 2 steps back! That’s the way it is for us in today’s highly toxic fast paced world. Even when we try our best to live healthy…

Eating a balanced diet…avoiding undue stress…getting plenty of exercise…ect.

We can still unknowingly fall victim to a host of severe health issues due to exposure from the very toxins we’ve been trying to avoid. And you have Uncle Sam to thank for that one.

So if you’re like me and you’re more than a little concerned – here’s 4 tricks I like to use to limit my exposure to today’s toxic pitfalls:

#1) Kills Bugs Dead

Just imagine what it’s doing to us? Just about every piece of commercial produce we eat is coated in pesticides or grown using herbicides that the government has deemed “safe”. Unfortunately 20 years ago they said the same thing about pesticides like DDT. And we all know how that story goes. So at the very least wash ALL your fruits and vegetables or remove the peels as a last resort. But the best solution if possible, is to buy only organically grown (no chemical based pesticides or herbicides) fruits and veggies.

#2) Don’t Rub it in

We don’t want them in us… So why would we want them on us. Actually, many people don’t even know that many of the products they use on their bodies…antiperspirants… detergents… and a host of other personal hygiene products are loaded with chemical compounds that have proven to be carcinogenic! Don’t underestimate your skins ability to absorb these impurities either – this is a very serious threat to our overall health. Try using natural alternatives whenever possible, they’re available in all health food stores and most whole food markets.

#3) Raging Hormones

Commercially raised beef and poultry – farm raised fish and even some wild varieties can contain harmful levels of a variety  of chemicals…pesticides…antibiotics…and unwanted hormones. Whenever possible buy only free range, grass fed beef and poultry – and less toxic varieties of fish like wild Alaskan Salmon.

I know why your prostate pills aren’t working. And I’ll give you a hint – it has nothing to do with the ingredients. Go here find out why you’re just flushing your current prostate supplement right down the toilet: http://www.naturecast.com/pg1

#4) Just Say No

Dangerous and full of unwanted side effects. Off the top of my head I can’t think of one prescription drug that actually addresses the cause of any type of disease or illness. All they do is hide the symptoms of the problem – without ever addressing the problem itself. If you ask me, with the help of the FDA – Big Pharma is just as dangerous as any drug dealer locked up in jail right now! I recommend a naturopathic approach to healing whenever possible -- just like Mother Nature intended.

If this is the first time you’ve heard about any of this I sincerely hope I’ve helped open your eyes just a little. It’s not quite a scene out of Mad Max just yet – but we live in a highly toxic environment.

Don’t dismiss the dangers these chemicals preset to you and your family, especially young children.

You should be taking every step possible to avoid contamination for you and your family.

Stay Healthy!
