Get Lean Muscles
In Only Seconds…
With A Fitness System That
Has No Weight Lifting and
No Straining of Joints!
Dear Health Conscious Reader,
What I’m going to reveal to you may really surprise you.
It certainly surprised me. In fact, it turned upside down much of what I believed about getting fit by working out.
My name is Larry Berman and I’m the publisher of Naturecast Health Alerts. We scour the globe to bring the latest breaking technology to health conscious readers.
I’m going to tell you about a workout system that will allow you to build lean muscle mass with exercises that only take seconds to do.
But, even more importantly, these exercises work without putting excessive strain on your joints.
I’m going to give you the full story in one moment, but before I do, I’d like to ask you to take just a moment and imagine what your life can be like by using these techniques.
Ripped With Lean Muscle Mass – This system stimulates the growth of new lean muscle tissue. You’ll not only look good, but you’ll stay healthy as it burns fat, strengthens your bones and keeps you young.
Increased Metabolism – The more lean tissue you have the faster you burn calories and the faster your metabolism becomes. Lean Muscle tissue is metabolically active – it requires more calories to sustain it than fat. You will burn more calories even when you’re not exercising.
Become Trim and Lean – This is the result of a faster metabolism. Lean muscle tissue requires 75 kcals to sustain it, whereas fat only requires three. This means that if you only add 5lbs of muscle you can burn an additional 20-25 lbs of fat a year doing nothing!
Decreased Risk of Osteoporosis – This training increases the density and hardness of the bones and thus strengthens you against osteoporosis.
Lowered Cholesterol – This exercise system will make your body produce more HDL (good cholesterol) while reducing the bad LDL cholesterol. This reduces among other things your chance of heart disease.
Increasing your strength faster than any other form of training – this is because this system works the muscles more intensely and in a shorter space of time over conventional methods. In fact you can finish a workout in as little as ten minutes.
Increases Neurological Strength – These techniques will teach your body to recruit more muscle fiber for each movement, thus your increased strength comes not just from more muscle, but from more efficient muscle.
Protecting Yourself Against Joint Damage – Because this program doesn’t involve movement or weights, it is safer than any other form of exercise and often used in rehabilitation.
Research Proves These Techniques Provide
Gains of Up to 40% In Just Weeks
By now you must be wondering what exactly is this system based on?
You may have heard the term isometrics before. But, you may not be 100% clear on what isometrics are and how or why they work.
Isometric exercise or isometrics are a type of strength training in which the joint angle and muscle length do not change during contraction.
This kind of training allows for greater contraction, strength, and concentration when you’re actually conducting the exercise.
Isometrics are purely "muscle" movements that place the stress entirely on the muscle fibers, eliminating reactive contribution, and even so they increase muscle motor unit recruitment above and beyond what you get from eccentric or concentric reps (up and down body movements).
Using these techniques you can recruit nearly all the muscle fibers during an isometric contraction. This is something that doesn’t happen with regular eccentric and concentric (down and up) repetitions.
Basically, the more muscle you can recruit the more growth can occur. Not surprisingly, this dramatically enhances strength. Strength gains of 14-40% have been found over a 10-week period using isometric action training.
Isometrics also allow you to prolong the time under tension of a particular muscle. This allows a more intense result without added joint stress and wasted energy.
If you think about it, when performing the large majority of movements in the gym the actual working effect of those movements are over a very short range so a lot of the time spent completing repetitions is just wasted.
For example, when you do a bench press your pectorals are really only in maximum tension in the range from just off your chest to ½ of the way up - the rest is all shoulders and triceps so if you consider the pause at the top you spend nearly 2/3 of the entire set working muscles OTHER than your chest.
The average set duration for a bench press is something like 20-30 seconds. That means your chest may only be under tension for 10 seconds or less per set. With isometric training you can isolate a specific area for a specific time thus prolonging the time the muscle is under tension.
It is this tension that provides your strength and lean muscle growth. So by doing an isometric chest exercise and using a hold time of 20 seconds you’ve actually doubled the time that your chest muscle is under tension compared to the average length of tension time in a bench press set of 10 seconds.
According to the Journal of applied physiology: respiratory, environmental and exercise physiology:
“Isometrics are significantly better than dynamic exercises at increasing maximal strength at the joint angle.”
The tension and intensity of a contraction is the
stimulus that produces new muscles growth.
It’s the focus of isometrics that allows you to see such tremendous gains in such short amounts of time.
Weight lifting is an artificial means of causing your muscles to tense. Because an object is perceived as heavy by your body it recruits more muscle fiber than a light weight, like a pencil. This recruitment of more muscle fiber causes extra tension – hence extra stimulation, and so you get tighter firmer muscles.
The fact is an Isometric Contraction is the voluntary tensing of a particular muscle. This tension needs only to be held for about 7 seconds (if you are tensing the muscle properly you should be quite fatigued by this stage as the all the fibers in the muscle are stimulated).
With isometrics you are able to get workouts that actually provide much more intense recruitment of muscle fibers but in a much shorter amount of time.
If you check with the average weightlifter who goes to a gym, you’ll find out that most of them spend between one and two hours a day brutally straining as they lift huge weights.
But, with an isometric workout you get maximum muscle gain in only seconds.
Paul J.O'Brien, renowned, fitness trainer and martial artist writes:
“Scientific studies have shown that Isometrics can stimulate the development of new lean muscle tissue in as little as 7 seconds!”
Interestingly enough while the latest advancements in isometric techniques are relatively new, their origin is quite old.
Isometric Techniques Originated
Thousands of Years Ago
Isometric exercises are thousands of years old, with examples from the static holds in certain branches of yoga or Chinese martial arts.
But, these powerful exercises only came to the attention of modern trainers a little over 100 years ago when a world famous strength performer revealed where his strength came from.
Alexander Zass was born in Vilna, Poland in 1888, but lived most of his early years in Russia and after 1924 in Britain.
He lifted a 500 pound girder with his teeth, carried a small horse, caught a woman fired from a cannon and allowed professional boxers to hit him in the stomach.
His greatest talents were in bending steel bars and breaking chains which were the center piece of his music hall exhibitions.
Alexander Zass was very innovative and he revealed that he was able to develop his startling strength by bending green branches and twigs to develop his grip strength. Little did he know, he had taken the ancient techniques of martial artists from the far East and had started a new movement.
Frog Leg's Prove Isometrics Works
In the 1920’s scientists stumbled across scientific proof that isometrics really worked.
Scientists at Springfield College in Springfield Massachusetts ran an experiment where they took a number of frogs and tied up one of their legs, completely immobilizing it. The frog could only move one leg free, and couldn’t move the other one at all. They wanted to see the effects of atrophy on the bound leg.
Surprisingly, after two weeks, the bound legs had grown stronger and larger. So much so that the frogs now actually jumped in a lopsided fashion.
The researchers had actually made an incredible discovery concerning isometric training, but they simply didn’t realize it. Apparently, by binding the leg, the frogs had to use all of their muscles right down to their deepest fibers to try to move their leg. In contrast, it only took a small percentage of the frog’s muscle fibers to move the free leg.
Although isometric exercises don’t typically have a large range of motion, when the muscle is exerted continuously and vigorously, it will grow stronger and larger than doing a fluid, repetitive motion that relies on momentum (imagine a bicep curl done while swinging the dumbbell up and down). Strength and mass is achieved by working the muscles intensely and deeply.
Isometric Exercises are Safer For Joints and
Perfect for People With Limitations
According to SportsFitnessAdvisor.com:
Isometric exercises can be used for general strength conditioning and for rehabilitation where strengthening the muscles without placing undue stress on the joint is warranted.
With Isometric training the joint angle and muscle contraction do not change during the contraction. Therefore, there is much less wear and tear on joints compared to standard exercise where you repeat up and down motions.
This can allow you to exercise muscles that surround joints that may be injured, inflamed or otherwise causing you pain.
You don’t need to lift any heavy weights or use any expensive or complicated machinery.
Introducing Akira van Egmond
Once we determined how beneficial an isometric training program can be, we launched a search to find a world class instructor to teach our video course.
We are pleased to introduce to you Akira van Egmond. You only need to take a brief look at his picture to know that he is most definitely in incredible condition.
Akira is a professional fitness trainer who has a long list of private clients who he provides fitness training to.
Luckily, because Akira is such an advocate of isometrics he agreed to do this instructional video course.
Akira will take you step by step through his Isopower Fitness System. He will show you how to do each exercise and the little tips that will give you the full benefit.
Akira shows beginners how they can do the exercise and then he also shows more advanced versions for those that have been working out for longer.
In Only Minutes You Can Get a Better Workout
Than With Weights
That’s one of the things that is really so amazing about the Isopower Fitness System.
Using Akira’s potent isometric techniques your muscles get maximum pump but each exercise only takes seconds to do.
All you do is pop the DVD into your DVD player or a computer and you follow right along. Of course, once you know how to do the simple exercises, you’ll be able to do them almost anywhere.
Riding up the elevator? No problem you can knock out a quick pectoral workout before you climb out.
Stuck in the office late? No worries. You won’t be missing your workout. In fact, you won’t even need to shut the office door because many of these exercises can be done without anyone even noticing.
Akira Charges $50 an Hour
For Fitness Coaching
Akira gets a nice hourly fee for his time and there are hordes of people lining up to book it up.
So, if you were to be taking a couple of hours a week from him on a one-to-one basis similar to the coaching you’ll be getting in the privacy of your living room with the Isopower Fitness System, it would cost you as much as $400.
Also please realize that these instructional DVDs we produce are expensive to make. They are shot on professional high resolution digital cameras that require a professional camera crew.
Then the video must be digitally edited and mastered along with authoring the DVD code which all must also be done by an expensive trained video production team. And, of course, Akira himself must be paid a handsome fee as well for being so generous to reveal his fitness secrets to the general public.
When you combine the production value along with what it would cost to get the same training, a cost of $100 would certainly seem reasonable.
But, I’m pleased to tell you that because we believe in this amazing fitness program and want our readers to have it, we’ve stretched every dollar to get the price down to where anyone can afford it.
I’ll give you the full details, but first let me share some other very good news.
You Won’t Have Any Risk!
I’m so confident that you’re going to be thrilled with Akira’s Isopower Fitness System that I’m willing to take on the full risk.
I want you to go ahead and try out the Isopower Fitness System for a full 30 days and if you don’t agree with me that it’s everything that I said it is, you can send it back for a full refund.
I can’t possibly be any fairer.
The reason I can make this guarantee is quite simple. It’s because I know that you’re not going to want to return your Isopower Fitness System.
Quite to the contrary, I am very confident that you’re going to be thrilled you got it when you start packing on lean muscle in such a short time without any trips to the gym or heavy weights to lug.
So, before I noted that based on everything that I explained a $100 for the Isopower Fitness System would be very fair.
After all there is no other place that you can get Akira’s system other than if you take expensive private lessons with him.
But, despite that figure being a reasonable number, I know times are tough, so we contemplated lowering the price in half to fifty bucks.
However, when I told my accountant I needed to go lower, he nearly had a heart attack because for at least this introductory offer it’s not going to even be fifty dollars.
To be fair, I should warn you that I can’t guarantee we will keep this price past the initial introductory offer.
So, if you want to start getting into shape with a program that takes the best of ancient martial arts secrets and combines it with the technological knowhow of today to get you fit and lean…then you should act quickly.
I only hope that you’ll consider sending us a letter to let us know about your amazing results.
________Yes, Larry! I want to get covered with lean muscle with the Akira’s Isopower Fitness System that will get me into shape with exercises that only take seconds to do. I understand that I won’t need to go to any gyms, lift any weights or need any other equipment and that my satisfaction is guaranteed because there is a full 30 no questions asked money back guarantee.
