Would You Like to Live to 100 if You
Could Have the Strength and Energy of a 40 Year Old?
How About Simply Looking and Feeling
30 Years Younger Than You Are?
Dear Health Conscious Reader,
There is one crucial health factor that will dictate whether you live a long healthy life or die prematurely.
But, this factor doesn’t just affect whether you live or not. It also determines the quality of your life.
Let’s face it. Living to a hundred and twenty sounds great on the surface, but if you’re going to spend that last fifty years chained to an oxygen tank or in a hospital bed with all the indignities that comes with that, then who’d want to live so long?
I know I wouldn’t. But, the fantastic news is that you can actually control this health factor. I’m going to show you how.
But before I do, I want you take a moment to imagine yourself having:
- Lung power to climb a flight of stairs as easily as stepping up a curb …
- Energy to walk from your car to the store – no matter how far …
- Stamina to play 18 holes effortlessly – without a cart …
- Rock solid legs that confidently power your gait …
- Robust back muscles so you stand proudly with perfect posture …
- A washboard stomach that is the envy of everyone at the beach or pool …
Having the health and lifestyle like I’m describing above is surely how I want to live and I’m guessing you likely feel the same.
So, what is the health factor I’m talking about?
Well, when I tell you what it is you may not be surprised.
But, what I think will surprise you is how incredibly strong the proof is that it can and will determine how long you live and what kind of quality of life you have.
I’m talking about your cardiovascular health.
There is no system in your body more important. Listen to a few of these facts:
The well-known Framingham Heart Study has followed over 5,000 men and women – PLUS over 5,000 of their children and their grandchildren – since 1948. For over 60 years, the doctors have sought to identify the common factors or characteristics that contribute to cardiovascular disease. With over half a century of data, they’ve documented that your cardiovascular health is the number one predictor of death.
In fact, a subset of the Framingham data that followed over 5200 adults for almost 20 years found that those individuals who had smaller lung capacity – reflective of weak cardiovascular health – had a 1,000 percent greater chance of developing congestive heart failure!
Another study by the American College of Chest Physicians followed 554 men and 641 women from 20 all the way to 89 years of age. This study measured pulmonary function at 5-year intervals for a quarter century. In 2000, the study’s results were published in an article titled Pulmonary Function Is A Consistent Long Term Predictor Of Mortality In The General Population. In other words, your cardiovascular condition will predict your lifespan.
And a 2009 National Heart Lung and Blood Institute report showed that from 1990 to 2006, cardiovascular and respiratory diseases ranked first and second in the number patient hospitalization days. This means good cardiovascular condition not only predicts longer life, it predicts higher quality of life.
The case is clear. Cardiovascular conditioning is critically important.
But not just to your life.
It is also the secret to recapturing your health and energy – to your ability to unload the groceries without gasping for breath, complete a full day’s activities like it’s nothing, and
maintain a naturally lean physique with ease.
And for years, you’ve been told that your cardiovascular condition is a direct result of the amount of exercise you do – the more exercise, the better the condition.
But you DON’T have to spend your entire life exercising to achieve these results!
Recent research has blown the lid off the expectation that to be healthy, you should exercise for hours every day …
Proven you SHOULDN’T jog mile after mile, lift piles of weights, or endure endless aerobics classes …
Demonstrated you can explode your lung power, be bursting with energy, and radiate that “healthy glow” all in just minutes a day – without leaving the comfort of your home or office.
And I’m going to show you how.
My name is Larry Berman. I’m the editor of a natural health publication.
In that role, I get to review the most current fitness programs out there as well as the latest research on health and wellness. And I get to apply this knowledge myself.
Which is important because my lifestyle demands good cardiovascular health.
I have to keep up with my teenage son and his friends, run my successful businesses, and still have enough energy left for a game of tennis, a round of golf, or a date with my wife.
The problem is I don’t have the desire, or the time, for the “more is better” exercise philosophy. And it hasn’t worked for me yet.
I’ve done the traditional jogging thing; it left me hobbling for days.
Lifting weights? Boy was that a mind-numbing way to spend a couple of hours.
And don’t even get me started on my ill-fated “aerobics experiment!”
The bottom line is my hectic lifestyle demands powerful lungs, energy to spare, and the magnetic power that comes from outstanding cardiovascular health.
But that same lifestyle prevents me from spending endless hours enduring traditional, boring, monotonous cardiovascular exercise programs.
If so, I’ve discovered an alternative to hours of daily cardio exercise. It’s a program based on a once-secret system.
One that will supercharge your lung power, give you nonstop energy, and have people “checking you out” – all without spending hours in the gym.
Comprehensive Cardiovascular Health
Without Weights or a Gym Membership
For decades, governments the world over – and even our own FBI – used a secret system.
It is a system that quickly whipped their personnel into shape and trained them for the rigors of daily life “on the front lines.”
The soldiers and agents fortunate enough to learn this martial arts program certainly learned the skills necessary to fight in the life-and-death situations in which they often found themselves.
But they also discovered an unexpected by-product – unbelievable health improvements.
When they looked in the mirror, they didn’t see the body they had before starting this secret program.
Instead, in a very short period of time, they had transformed their bodies from soft and squishy into ones rippling with strong, lean muscles that snapped to attention when simply walking down the hall.
They found walking up flights of stairs or a quick dash out of the rain no longer left them gasping for breath. Instead, it was almost as if such physical demands had no impact at all on their breathing or heart rate.
Even veterans found they had the physical prowess and vitality of somebody half their age.
Most importantly, they accomplished this without lifting weights, attending endless aerobics classes, or running miles every day.
Instead, this system used only their own bodies and enjoyable and effective exercises that can be done anywhere – even in the privacy of a living room or a small office.
The “Once-Secret” Secret – Krav Maga
In addition to being used by the FBI, Krav Maga is the martial arts program used by the Israeli Secret Service, the Israeli Mossad – Israel’s version of our CIA, the Israeli Yaman – their elite special forces counterterrorism unit, and the Israeli Defense Forces (IDF).
IDF service is mandatory and all civilians – both men and women – are required to serve. These units operate in an environment where they don’t have the time or the ability to mess around.
Therefore, they need a no nonsense, no excuses program that quickly provides men and women of all ages and abilities with outstanding physical health, energy, and vigor.
Krav Maga is that program. Don’t believe me?
Here’s what Lane from Las Vegas had to say about Krav Maga’s health impacts – all achieved in just a matter of months – without repetitive weight lifting or boring treadmill sessions.
"I have been practicing Krav Maga now for about 8 months. In that time, I have had my blood pressure meds reduced, my blood sugar is controlled, my asthma is more or less gone.
More importantly, I have lost nearly 80 lbs, 78 to be exact. That's right, I have lost nearly a whole person, or at least a 5th grader.
My clothes are too baggy now, and people that have not seen me since I began Krav Maga do not recognize me.”
- Lane J., Las Vegas
And Lane is not the only one. Susan’s experience proves that even an “everyday” woman can achieve the same results with Krav Maga – plus have “energy to burn.”
“Before training in Krav Maga, I was that overweight woman at the office who was out of breath after one flight of stairs. I was the friend who got picked to watch the kids rather than help paint, move, or haul hay, because I just wouldn’t be much help doing anything physical.
I was the mom who had to say “mommy can’t” way too many times—Mommy can’t pick you up because her back hurts; Mommy can’t run and play with you because she can’t breathe; Mommy can’t do that today because she’s just too tired.
Since training in Krav Maga, I’ve lost weight, I’m healthier, and I have skills to protect myself. Now I’m the one out there picking up hay bales and helping stack them in the barn. I’m the mom chasing her boys up and down the beach. Two weeks ago I raced the dog uphill through the pasture … just for fun!”
- Susan M., Kansas City
But none of this matters if getting healthy is boring or tedious like endless jogging or the typical gym workout. If it’s not enjoyable, you won’t do it.
And I don’t blame you. Who wants to be bored to tears 3-5 times a week?
Krav Maga makes exercise fun again. You’ll get healthy and enjoy doing it. And it won’t take you hours to do.
We had been lifting weights for 3-1/2 years but weren’t doing a very good job on cardio – it was boring! Krav Maga is an excellent way to sneak in your cardio; it is so much fun and offers such variety that you realize that getting in shape (and having a healthy heart) doesn’t have to be a chore.”
- Ricky & Debbie C., TX
Why Does Krav Maga Work So Well?
The secret to Krav Maga’s ability to transform anybody’s health lies in its foundational principles.
From the beginning, Krav Maga was designed for normal, everyday people to defend themselves against what became a historical onslaught.
Therefore, the principles had to be ones that anybody could undertake and master quickly.
Krav Maga History
Krav Maga was developed in Slovakia in the 1930s by Imrich, “Imi” Lichtenfeld. He first taught his fighting system in Bratislava in order to help the local Jewish community protect themselves from the rising fascist and anti-Semitic groups, including the Nazis.
When the State of Israel was established in 1948, Imi became the Chief Instructor of Physical Fitness and Krav Maga at the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) School of Combat Fitness where he served until he retired from active duty in 1968.
Krav Maga is now taught to civilians as well as military, law enforcement and security agencies around the world. In fact, the Finnish, Swedish and Norwegian militaries all use Krav Maga for close combat training.
As a result, Imi Lichtenfeld, the creator of Krav Maga, designed and developed a program that included the following two principles:
- Techniques should be movements based on natural instincts & body mechanics
- Techniques must be accessible to the average person, not just athletes or those who had previously trained.
These principles allow anyone to learn and practice Krav Maga.
And because Krav Maga is a martial arts system, body balance and proper biomechanics are “built in” to the program.
Kids as young as 5 years old have successfully participated in Krav Maga and Lichtenfeld continued to personally supervise the ongoing training of the highest-ranked Krav Maga instructors and students until his death at 88.
What this means to you is you can get results regardless of your age – all without trashing your knees jogging or ending up with a backache after 30 minutes on the treadmill.
In fact, Krav Maga can actually help heal some of the aches and pains normally associated with getting older.
Just listen to what these folks have to say about Krav Maga’s impact on their bodies:
“After a few months of training I realized my core strength and flexibility had improved, and my stress levels had decreased significantly.
This has been an amazing change in my life because I have had lower back surgery and have shoulder issues also. Krav has not only increased my ability to defend myself, but has helped me heal from these past injuries.”
- Kevin, Chantilly, VA
“This is by far the best workout I have ever found. The class flies by so quickly that you don't even feel the pain you would normally feel from running on the treadmill or doing the elliptical.”
- Vlad F., JD, MST, Brooklyn
But Krav Maga’s sound biomechanical principles and ability to be performed by all ages doesn’t amount to a hill of beans unless it improves your health, increases your energy, and restores “lost” vitality.
And Krav Maga does that phenomenally well.
The secret is that Krav Maga is designed to work with your body instead of against it.
Krav Maga’s Advantage
Krav Maga’s advantage over most modern exercise programs stems from the very basic disconnect between the way these exercise programs are designed and how our bodies are designed.
You see, our bodies were not designed to perform long, monotonous, aerobic-type workouts. Our ancestors did not spend their days running marathons or jumping around for hours on end like in a modern aerobics class.
In fact, history’s first marathoner, Phiddipides, dropped dead immediately after completing his 26-mile run from Marathon, Greece to Athens.
And he was a professional runner!
Instead, our ancestors hunted animals for dinner and occasionally had to run for their lives from larger animals.
Theirs was a world of short, intense exertion followed by periods of rest and recovery.
The bodies we have today are physiologically identical; they are still built for this type of activity. But most modern exercise programs do not mimic this type of activity.
Our bodies – our muscles, bones, and organs – are optimized to respond best to exercise that mimics the activity pattern of our ancient ancestors.
In fact, watch the way kids naturally play and you’ll see this burst-rest-burst-rest pattern. This physiologically hard-wired pattern is replicated in the exercises found in Krav Maga.
The benefits of this natural pattern are numerous including:
- Increased lung capacity
- Reduced risk of heart disease
- Higher metabolism with high-speed fat loss
- New muscle growth and stronger bones
The positive impact of these benefits to your overall health CANNOT be overstated. Quite simply, if you can achieve these four things your lifespan goes up, your biological clock gets turned back, and your vitality skyrockets.
Let me explain how.
Increased Lung Capacity
Let’s look at what normally happens to lung capacity as we age. As you can see from the chart, on average we lose 40% of our lung capacity between ages 30 and 50.1 And that’s just the average!
Because of this “lost” lung capacity, you are at greatly increased risk of a variety of life-altering diseases.
In fact, Dr. William B. Kannel and Dr. Helen Hubert, both from the prestigious Boston School of Medicine and both involved in the ground-breaking Framingham Heart Study, concluded your lungs are the number one predictor of death .
Let me say that again – your lung capacity is a better predictor of your health and your future than anything else!
The good news is that it’s physiologically possible to regain “lost” lung capacity – regardless of your age.
And nothing can increase your lung capacity better than the exercises found in Krav Maga. It can not only protect your lungs, it can “rebuild” lost lung capacity.
After spending some time with Krav Maga, you won’t think twice about having to climb a flight of stairs!
Reduced Risk of Heart Disease
But it’s not just lungs we have to worry about.
Heart disease is the #1 killer in the U.S. The Centers for Disease Control state every 25 seconds, an American experiences a coronary event.
Yet numerous studies have shown the exercises like the ones in Krav Maga DRAMATICALLY reduce your risk of heart disease!
As previously mentioned, Krav Maga increases your lung capacity. That’s good not only for your pulmonary system, but also your cardiovascular system.
Research has shown a connection between smaller lungs and high C-reactive protein (CRP) levels.2 Simply put, high CRP levels are a risk factor that leads to heart attack, stroke, and atherosclerosis (hardening of the arteries).
Further, a study by none other than the prestigious Harvard School of Public Health shows that individuals who do the workouts like Krav Maga reduce their risk of heart disease by 100 percent more than those who practice aerobic exercise.3
This means that not only does Krav Maga take LESS time than a traditional aerobic workout, it restores “lost” vitality through improved heart health and massively reduced risk of heart disease.
So with less effort, you’ll improve your health AND increase your energy and stamina.
And Krav Maga does all this in the comfort of your living room!
Higher Metabolism and High-Speed Fat Loss
As we age, our heart and lungs are not our only concerns.
Our metabolism naturally starts to decrease. Along with that reduced metabolism comes the gradual increase in our body fat percentage.
But you don’t have to accept these results!
The type of exercise design as found in Krav Maga has been scientifically proven to not just counter but REVERSE the drop off in metabolism.
That’s because this type of exercise increases the body’s production of Human Growth Hormone (HGH). Increased HGH levels result in higher metabolism and increased fat burning.
Compare the picture of the marathoner and the sprinter.
Researchers at Loughborough University in Leicestershire, England tested HGH levels in both and found that, on average, sprinters had 3X as much HGH as endurance runners.4
In addition, researchers at Quebec’s Laval University tested cyclists similarly split into two groups – the first group doing cycling patterned like a traditional aerobics class or jogging routine and the second group doing cycling patterned like a Krav Maga workout.
The second group burned9X more fat than the first group for every calorie burned!
This is proof positive that a workout like Krav Maga will burn more fat than the typical “afternoon jogging” session that just tears up your knees and back.
And as a bonus, it accomplishes this feat in LESS time!
New Muscle and Stronger Bones
In addition to the metabolism issues associated with aging, often we lose muscle mass and our bones become brittle as we get older.
This results in the “transformation” from a stoic body layered in taut muscles to a “shrunken” body – in height, in muscle mass, and in strength.
This doesn’t have to occur! The same increase in HGH that helps burn fat has been shown to build muscle and improve bone density.
Look again at the picture comparing the marathoner and the sprinter. The sprinter, with the higher HGH levels, displays powerfully muscular legs and a posture that screams “I’m proud and strong!” The marathoner, by contrast, looks weak and feeble.
But HGH also serves another valuable role – it actually reverses the negative effects of aging.
In fact, HGH is known in some circles as the “anti-aging hormone.” It is so effective, some doctors have resorted to injecting their patients with artificial HGH to counter the effects of aging.
Yet you can get all the benefits of increased HGH naturally, with no unwanted side effects, by simply exercising with Krav Maga.
Krav Maga –
Turn Back Your Biological Clock
I don’t know about you, but the idea of – breathing easier, reducing my risk of heart disease, having limitless energy, melting off fat, and showing off rippling muscles – all without having to buy an expensive gym membership or running miles every day is very appealing.
Thinking that you would also like the opportunity to turn back your biological clock without ever leaving your home, we worked hard to find a fitness expert capable of exploiting the “once secret” secrets of Krav Maga.
Our goal? Offering a system that allows ordinary folks like you, ones who are not planning on hand-to-hand combat, to still get the health, energy, and vitality benefits that Krav Maga offers.
Well, we accomplished that goal.
Meet Damian Robinson.
Damian is a professional fitness trainer; it’s how he makes full-time his living.
They say a picture is worth a thousand words. Well, that’s Damian in the picture. And his obviously superb physical condition says more than I ever could.
But he is not JUST a professional fitness trainer. Damian also has years of experience with a variety of martial arts styles.
And when he learned about Krav Maga and its unsurpassed health and energy results, you could have knocked Damian down with a feather. And trust me that’s not easy!
So Damian gladly accepted our challenge.
As a result, he designed and developed a customized fitness program using the “once-secret” secrets of Krav Maga.
Introducing Krav Maga Cardio:
The Fountain of Youth
Damian’s Krav Maga Cardio: The Fountain of Youth Program is a customized fitness program where Damian teaches you – step-by-step – all of his powerful Krav Maga Cardio secrets.
The entire program is conveniently captured on a DVD that can be played on your living room TV or your office computer.
And that’s the power of Krav Maga Cardio: The Fountain of Youth Program.
The program is so easy to follow and requires just your body and a few feet of space to achieve excellent results. I should note that, although Damian suggests small dumbbells for a couple of exercises, they are not necessary to get results.
I should also share that Krav Maga, by its design, is an “all-over” body workout.
That means that like a classic Jack LaLanne exercise routine, you’ll hit every body part – your shoulders and arms, your back and abdominals, your butt and legs.
If you are starting the program with limited mobility, Damian shows how you can begin to experience the benefits of the Krav Maga Cardio: The Fountain of Youth Program with the assistance of a chair or stool, or if necessary even from a seated position.
Alternatively, if you’re reasonably fit and ready for a more advanced challenge, Damian includes detailed instructions on you how you can increase your intensity and experience even GREATER results!
Youthful Health and Energy –
In the Privacy and Comfort of
Your Own Living Room!
The results don’t lie – health and energy are yours for the taking. But we’ve also made sure this fantastic program is one you will want to keep doing.
Not only is it actually FUN, but Damian specifically designed Krav Maga Cardio: The Fountain of Youth Program so you can do it in the privacy of your home or your office. This means that it’s easier to continue the program even when life gets crazy.
And let face it. Life is already crazy enough without driving 30 minutes each way to the gym. That results in a “lost” hour in an already busy day.
And guess what? You pay for that privilege!
According to the “What It Costs” website, the average cost of a gym membership ranges from $30 to $60 – EVERY MONTH. And let’s not even talk about what the gas costs are for driving to the gym 3-5 times every week!
So not only does Krav Maga Cardio: The Fountain of Youth Program make it possible to avoid all this hassle, it does it without requiring you to mindlessly lift heavy weights or run endless excruciating miles.
Picture transforming your health so you have the:
- lung power to climb a flight of stairs without huffing and puffing,
- energy to play 18 holes at the end of full work day, and
- muscular legs to leap from your chair onto the dance floor.
All this can be your reality when you use the Krav Maga Cardio: The Fountain of Youth Program.
Damian’s Private Lessons Cost $75 an Hour
You might be thinking the idea of Krav Maga Cardio is great – and you’d be right. And you may also be thinking you would prefer to have personal training from Damian himself.
Well, as you might imagine, Damian’s an “in demand” trainer. Even if he could squeeze you into his schedule, it would cost you at least $75 an hour.
I say at least $75 an hour because, due to demand for Damian’s time, first-time clients may have to pay up to $100 an hour to get onto his calendar.
But even at $75 an hour, a month’s worth of training like he’s captured in Krav Maga Cardio: The Fountain of Youth Program would cost you over $1000!
Think about that – over $10,000 a year for the exact same training you get in the Krav Maga Cardio: The Fountain of Youth Program.
Naturally, the Krav Maga Cardio: The Fountain of Youth Program is nowhere near that expensive. But you can easily see that the equivalent of 2 hours of Damian’s time – or $150 – would be a steal.
In fact, we’ve worked hard to reduce the costs of Krav Maga Cardio: The Fountain of Youth Program to less than a single session with Damian.
In just a minute, I’ll give you the full details. But first, I wanted to share one more important piece of information of you.
You Have Absolutely NO Risk!
I am so thoroughly convinced that Krav Maga Cardio: The Fountain of Youth Program can explode your lung power, recharge your battery, and recapture the vitality of your youth that I’m going to take all the risk.
That right – you literally have nothing to lose – except that breathless feeling after dashing out of the rain.
Just try Krav Maga Cardio: The Fountain of Youth Program for 30 days in the comfort and privacy of your home or office.
If you’re not satisfied with the improvements to your health, return the DVD to me for a full, no-questions-asked refund.
No hemming, no hawing, no bull. Just mail it back within 30 days and I’ll promptly refund your full purchase price.
How can I do this?
I know you will want to keep Krav Maga Cardio: The Fountain of Youth Program and continue using it.
After you see – and FEEL – the increased lung power, energy, and vitality that Krav Maga Cardio: The Fountain of Youth Program gives you, you’re going to want to keep building on those initial results.
As I previously mentioned, $150 – or the equivalent of 2 hours with Damian – would be an unbelievable bargain for the amount of knowledge he shares in Krav Maga Cardio: The Fountain of Youth Program.
And we paid handsomely for Damian’s time and knowledge – much more than 2 hours worth of his personal training.
In addition, we took on the extra costs of professional quality filming – and pre and post production – using state-of-the-art video production equipment.
And I’m so excited about Krav Maga Cardio: The Fountain of Youth Program that I wanted it to be accessible to anybody with a desire to transform their health.
So my goal was to price it less than the cost of a single session with Damian. I gave strict instructions to our team to “make it happen.”
Well, the they must have known I was serious because they came back with a figure that promptly sent the accountants through the roof.
But after explaining how they thought we could do it and not go broke (at least not right away), the accountants finally relented and agreed to “try out” this price.
So, I’m able to offer you the Krav Maga Cardio: The Fountain of Youth Program for the special introductory price of:
Because the accountants only gave us permission to “try out” this introductory price, I’m not sure how long I’ll be able to keep it this low.
So take advantage of it today, because it may not be here tomorrow.
P.S. I have one brief request. Knowing you are achieving results is my ultimate job satisfaction. So, when you achieve the amazing health, energy, and vitality improvements that I know you will, please share those results with me.
(Please remember that dumbbells are not included but if you want to use them they can be purchased inexpensively at almost any store with a sports department.)
